Facilities Management Professional

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is a leading commercial property company seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the management of our South Wales location.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective planning, operational, and contract administration procedures to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and operational working environment for tenants, adhering to Health & Safety, Space, and Office Planning regulations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring business continuity and tenant satisfaction through effective communication and regular meetings.
- Coordinate site resources, suppliers, and sub-contracted services, including daily control of outsourced contracts.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain security of company investments by conducting maintenance, repair, and Health and Safety policies in accordance with legislation and defined requirements.
- Manage office services, including reception, meeting, and video conferencing facilities, catering, vending, security, and cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, inspections, Codes of Practice, COSHH, and relevant Health & Safety legislation and policies.
- Minimum 3 years' direct Facilities management responsibility in controlling 'hard' and 'soft' service provision.
- Working knowledge of M&E systems/installations, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and generation.
- Knowledge of building construction and project management techniques.
- NEBOSH Health & Safety General Certification or similar.
