Job Summary

This role involves frequent international travel, occasionally with minimal advance notice. When not travelling, you will follow a hybrid work model, splitting your time between remote work and regular in-person visits to our headquarters in the UK.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Your Mission
  • Drive sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to HQ on market trends and product needs.
  • Develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage effectively with clients at all levels, showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and draft sales plans and contracts in collaboration with your colleagues.
  • Lead regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen partnerships and ensure lasting business success.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their strategies and identifying new business growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven track record in business development and field sales, particularly in B2B technical environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical competence.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.
