Trade Sales Professional

Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Assistant to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Duties: Deliver exceptional customer service, approach customers efficiently, and deal with their orders and queries in a professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and identify improvements to processes to enhance customer service and reduce costs.
- Display Management: Create effective displays in the showroom, ensuring all products are clearly coded, priced, and well presented.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer issues/enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion and ensure all promises made to customers are realistic and achievable.
- Deputising: Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a trade sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, product knowledge, and ability to work effectively in a team.
