About the Role

We are recruiting for a Therapeutic Counsellor to work with children and families in our partner schools. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-to-one counselling sessions to up to 3 children per week, working towards their improved mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality one-to-one counselling sessions to children and young people
  • Working collaboratively with school staff and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Participating in regular supervision and training to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
