PRS is a leading data hosting company that offers career stability and progression within a rapidly expanding industry. Our state-of-the-art N+1 Data Centre in Hertfordshire is looking to extend the team with a proactive and experienced facilities maintenance technician.

Salary Details

The basic salary for this position is between 46,000 and 49,000 pounds per annum, with an additional 10% annual bonus. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 25 days of annual leave and private healthcare provided.

About the Role

We are seeking a mechanically biased HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and HVAC systems within a commercial or industrial environment. Previous experience in planned and preventative maintenance within a Critical Environment, such as Data Centres, Corporate Banking, or pharmaceutical sites, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of completing apprenticeships or being time-served
  • Mechanical City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance
