Job Overview

This is a 12-month fixed contract opportunity for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend sales, marketing, and training responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets. Expected salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Seeking out and securing new business opportunities primarily in coffee to go, also looking at opportunities in other AFH sectors.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation and drive sales initiatives.
  • Provide sales support and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to improve performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Supporting the coffee to go forecast, working collaboratively with operations and finance.


  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive organic sales growth in coffee to go.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials (both digital and print).
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support the activation of our key growth drivers in existing and new customers.


  • Coffee Training Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on coffee brewing techniques, equipment usage, and product knowledge for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance coffee expertise.
  • Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and industry standards to ensure high-quality training content.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and educating customers on coffee culture and products.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3+ years previous experience within a branded and fast-growing, food or drinks brand.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully surpassing KPIs.
  • You are results-oriented, think commercially, value every pound, and you're a great brand ambassador.
  • An understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Passionate about wanting to deliver excellence and the hunger to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a passion for working within a small, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small or big.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
