Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Consumer Intelligence Specialist to join our Market & Consumer Insights team. As a key member of our UK Marketing function, you will be responsible for delivering critical research insights to inform our brand building strategies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop research plans that align with key business objectives
  • Write and manage research briefs, gather proposals, and select agencies to deliver against business needs
  • Ensure research projects are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and implications are understood
  • Drive consumer-centricity across the JDE business through strategic thinking and innovative approaches
  • Act as a critical thought-partner to the Marketing team and wider business, providing expert insights and recommendations
  • Own and manage our Mental Availability Tracking, including reporting to marketing teams and leadership
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest macro and consumer trends, ensuring the business is informed and aligned
  • Manage our Mystery Shopping programme, ensuring high-quality data and insights


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in FMCG Marketing or Research Agency, with a strong track record of delivering projects across various research methodologies
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to engage with large audiences and lead external agency partners
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
