Blackheath High School GDST is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Admissions and Enrollment efforts. As Head of Admissions and Enrollment, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
- Manage the admissions team and ensure a seamless experience for prospective families.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute marketing and recruitment plans.
- Plan and execute events to showcase the school's unique educational offer.
- Develop and maintain admissions processes and communications.
- Lead the Admissions Team and ensure excellent relationships with local feeder schools and partners.
- Proven experience in admissions or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with database management and digital marketing.
