Senior Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join Hansen Filler Associates in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the accounting and finance function from scratch, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of monthly accounts, cash control, and costing systems in support of reporting requirements to the division and group.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to drive the growth of the finance team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Provide technical and managerial support to the finance team, including foreign exchange management, controls, and governance, audit, ethics, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a large corporate environment.
- Previous experience in setting up a finance function is highly desirable.
- Recognized professional accounting qualification.
- Strong technical and managerial skills, with a good understanding of specialist areas including foreign exchange management, controls, and governance, audit, ethics, and risk management.
