Sales Director

Job Summary
This role involves strategically managing accounts to ensure annual turnover, volume, and profit growth targets are achieved. As a key member of the sales team at Princes Limited, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customer business plans that drive the achievement of account full year sales and volume budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed customer business plans to drive account full year sales and volume budgets.
- Develop existing listings, generate new business, manage product launches, and implement promotional activities to deliver sales and volume budget.
- Implement tight account management and administrative procedures including spend, debtors, sales forecasting, price file maintenance, and contract management.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and raise awareness of the Princes Organisation and brand portfolio.
- Effectively manage customer-facing contact strategy as outlined in the business plan.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor progress regularly.
- Deputise for General Sales Manager as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in account management, preferably in the food or drink industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Project management experience would be an advantage.
