We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Exeros Technologies.

With a dedicated software platform developed 100% in-house, we empower fleet managers with real-time data insights and fleet intelligence to gain greater control over their vehicles.

Job Description
  • CRM Ownership: As the primary owner of the CRM and marketing automation platform, you will ensure both platforms are set up to support business objectives.
  • Data Clean-Up and GDPR Compliance: You will implement data hygiene practices and ensure that the CRM system is fully GDPR-compliant, particularly around consent management, data retention, and communication preferences.
  • Lead Nurturing and Funnel Management: You will develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows to effectively guide MQLs through the sales funnel.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM management, ideally in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot or HubSpot, including automation, lead nurturing, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations.
