Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our Family & Childcare team as a Family Law Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient office operations and client interactions. This includes typing, managing electronic filing, handling telephone calls and client visits, processing fee notes and invoices, and ensuring compliance with office procedures and legal aid matters.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role, a passion for family and childcare law, and strong organisational and accurate typing abilities. A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum is on offer, along with 23 days + bank holidays, company pension, sick pay, life insurance, firm laptop, bereavement leave, company events, on-site parking, cycle to work scheme, private medical insurance, optional Benenden Health Care, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, health & wellbeing programme, administrative support, ongoing training and development, bi-annual parties for summer and Christmas.
