About the Role

This exciting job requires you to take ownership of managing all aspects of developing, adhering to, and implementing the company's quality requirements and associated systems. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely feedback and required action plans to day-to-day quality-related issues.

  • You will support supervisors to ensure critical customer jobs are monitored regarding 21-point checks and frequency.
  • Liaise with account managers regarding problem customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level computer skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to quality management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
