Health and Adult Services Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our health and adult services meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the System lead for Quality Assurance and the Head of Service in their duties, which include undertaking quality reviews of service providers, developing action plans, and supporting provider concerns approaches.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including providers, commissioners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure the consistent delivery of outcomes through performance management processes. Your proficiency in MS Excel data analysis skills will enable you to analyze data, identify gaps and weaknesses, and provide relevant quality information to inform these areas.
