About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential services like payroll, benefits, and pensions, and will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advisory support to employees on policies, procedures, and contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data, including computerized and manual records.
- Process monthly pension data, including leavers' forms for allocated schemes.
- Conduct necessary calculations, such as overtime, gross-to-net adjustments, and statutory payments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with current statutory regulations.
