This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with three companies within our group, processing monthly payrolls and ensuring timely submission to HMRC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HR, with expertise in using Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts. Key responsibilities include managing HR documentation, overseeing the time and attendance system, and preparing payroll reports effectively.

This role provides autonomy to manage payroll and HR functions independently, allowing the candidate to take ownership of their work and contribute to our ongoing growth and development.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our company prides itself on offering a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payrolls for three companies within our group, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to HMRC
  • Manage HR documentation, including employee contracts, holiday entitlements, and starter and leaver processes
  • Oversee the time and attendance system and ensure payroll reports are prepared and communicated effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and optimise workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong background in payroll and HR onboarding processes
  • Expertise in using Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts
  • Proficiency in Excel, with advanced features to streamline processes and drive efficiency
