Wellbeing and Activities Manager Position

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic professional to fill the role of Wellbeing and Activities Manager.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support the creation of meaningful experiences for residents at Avery Healthcare. As Wellbeing and Activities Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that cater to residents' diverse needs and interests.

  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing Coordinator to design engaging activities.
  • Develop relationships with local community organizations to enhance intergenerational connections.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working with older adults in a residential care environment.
  • A strong commitment to promoting social inclusion and wellbeing among older adults.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Remuneration: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
