Care Assistant Coordinator

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing coordinator in delivering a wide range of activities that stimulate physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and a commitment to providing stimulating quality activities and social events. Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting is preferred.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities- Support the wellbeing coordinator in delivering a wide range of activities that stimulate physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain links with local community groups to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
- Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the wellbeing and activity coordinator, home manager, and care staff.
