Education and Wellbeing Specialist

Do you have a passion for supporting young people with complex educational, social, and emotional needs?
We are seeking a dedicated Transition and Education Support Worker to join our team at Arc School, Ansley. This is a full-time, permanent position working 41 hours per week.
As an SES Worker, you will be responsible for the education and wellbeing of children on our school role who require additional support. You will work on and off the school site with pupils, transporting them to learning venues as necessary.
You will support them as they complete learning activities and plan strategically for them to transition back to full-time education on the school site. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Arc School Ansley is part of the Kedleston Group and opened in 2014. We are an independent special day school in a small village, catering for children and young people aged between 11 and 16 with complex needs.
