The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Merchant Manager to lead our Grocery Partnerships business and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that meet business targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our Grocery partners, securing high-quality service levels, and driving business activities to achieve growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Your Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and experience in Buying/Planning or equivalent experience. You should also possess strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our company culture values innovation, teamwork, and collaboration, making us an exciting and dynamic place to work.
