We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Recovery Focused Therapist to join our team in Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering occupational therapy interventions and care coordination services that promote recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy sessions that promote recovery and well-being.
- Conduct assessments to identify occupational needs and develop personalized plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.

Salary: £31,469 - £47,084 per annum (inclusive of 5% Fringe HCAS)
