Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of dedicated SEND advocates, Inclusion Mentors, and coaches to provide high-quality support to students.
- Work closely with the SENCO and the team to ensure that students' needs are regularly reviewed and that students are supported to have greater independence.
- Collaborate with the SENCO, local authorities, parents, and feeder schools to ensure a proactive approach to the special educational needs assessment process and smooth transition into College for students.
- Develop and deliver individualised programmes to learners within the College environment that empower them to develop strategies to overcome their difficulties and promote independence.
