About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our Credit Builder Card product and drive its integration into the Cleo experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Credit Builder Card
  • Lead a high-performing product management team and hire, build, develop, and lead them
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, design, user research, partnerships, compliance, and data to ensure Cleo delivers business and user needs
  • Consistently deliver impactful initiatives that deliver immense customer value and business results
Requirements
  • Experience as a Product Director or similar role in a B2C high-growth investor-backed tech company
  • Creativity and ability to build consumer credit/card products in the Cleo ecosystem
  • Seasoned product leadership, strategy, and vision in a growth-focused B2C environment
  • People leadership: inspiring, engaging, and outstanding communicator with a proven track record in developing Product Managers and motivating teams
  • Execution-focused product delivery and bias for action: proven ability to build world-class products loved by users, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
