Position Details

We are seeking a Patient Care Administrator to provide administrative support to senior medical management teams in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of departments, prioritising patient needs, and providing clerical support to management teams.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, mail processing, report preparation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage diaries, answer telephone enquiries, and provide reception support.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, updating patient files and records using a computerised system.
  • Engage with clinical and management teams, taking notes or minutes as required.
Compensation and Benefits Package

The estimated salary for this position is £11.45 - £12.86 per hour, depending on level grade, plus enhanced rates for overtime and weekends. Our benefits package includes:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • An enhanced holiday package, up to 37 days per year, including public holidays.
  • A pension scheme.
  • Training and E-Learning opportunities to aid development.
