As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care to clients seeking government disability allowance. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

The key requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, valid registration on the NMC or HCPC, and at least one year's post-qualification experience. The basic salary for this role is £38,500 - £41,500, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus. The estimated total earnings are approximately £45,650.
