As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and promote independence.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, mobility, and transfers, as well as monitoring vital signs and administering medication under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and transfers
  • Medical Support: monitor vital signs, administer medication under supervision, and perform simple medical tasks
  • Complex Needs Assistance: provide care for patients with complex needs, manage chronic conditions, and respond to medical emergencies
  • Emotional and Psychological Support: offer companionship, address social and emotional needs, and communicate effectively with patients
