**Job Description**
">We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Patient Advisor to join our team at Optical Express in Belfast. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive a high-quality service and have a positive experience.
**Responsibilities**
">Build strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct diagnostic eye scans and accurately record results
Communicate effectively with optometrists and other healthcare professionals
Organise finance options and schedule appointments
Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
**Skills and Qualifications**
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of optical practices and procedures
