- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a prestigious Private Clinic in South Belfast who are keen to recruit a Patient File Administrator to join the team.

My client offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and including 32 days holiday, pension scheme, parking, additional holidays with longevity of service, bonuses and private healthcare plan.

**The Right Fit**:
Accurately file and retrieve important information with a keen eye for detail.
Create patient files, gathering all relevant information from various sources.
Use of Practice Manager software to generate literature and correspondence.
Managing outgoing post, including franking.
Ordering stationery.

Greet and assist patients and their families in person.
Book appointments.
Printing forms and invoices.
Ensuring the completion of necessary forms and papers by patients

**The Right Role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Natural attention to detail and ability to check for quality and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and

Excel plus the ability to type.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workflows.
- Ability to be flexible in working hours which may include some evenings.
- GSCE English, Math’s and IT, grades A to C

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
