Director of Sales Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our sales strategy across the UK and IE markets as Head of Inbound Sales.
You will lead and nurture our existing UK Inbound Sales team, launch new sales motions, identify priorities, and implement key strategic initiatives to accelerate growth while improving efficiency.
A competitive salary package (£80,000 - £110,000) and virtual stock option program are just the beginning. Our diverse teams across Europe, South America, and the United States work together to ensure small business owners can succeed doing what they love.
This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial background, leadership experience, and a proven track record in developing teams and navigating change in large sales organizations.
