Job Title: Director of Sales Strategy and Team Development

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Strategy and Team Development to join our team at Amazon Freight. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our business. You will also lead the development of our demand generation team, providing coaching and guidance to help them succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver results. They will be able to build and manage high-performing teams, and provide guidance and support to individual team members. A proven track record of success in a similar role is essential.
