Job Purpose: The Sales Team Lead role is crucial to our team. You will be responsible for managing desk-based sales executives who sell Fuel solutions to new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- A proactive approach to assisting and driving your team to reach KPIs and targets consistently by following up on business customer data and leading from the front.
- Motivating the team to display a winning attitude and exceed sales targets.
- Conducting regular performance reviews with your team and documenting their progress.
- Hosting daily team meetings to maximise sales results and returns.
- Delivering performance improvement where required to alleviate underperformance.
- Working with peers to maximise cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in a team-leading role, preferably in a KPI-driven sales team.
- Strong team-building skills and ability to build effective relationships with customers.
- Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills in the sales environment.
- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive.
