Job Title: Senior Financial Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join our team in Lewes. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, sales, purchase, and nominal ledger postings
  • Raise customer and client invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts
  • Paying client and supplier invoices
  • VAT returns
  • Credit control

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in financial administration. You should be confident working independently, have an efficient and flexible approach, and be able to prioritize your workload. Experience in using Sage 50 online is preferable.

Package:

  • £15 per hour, paid weekly
  • Accrue holiday as you work
  • Temporary ongoing role for approximately 6 months
  • Flexibility towards working hours (between 21 and 28 per week)
