About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Events Manager to join our team at Encore Canada. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality events and conferences across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage the delivery of events, including technical setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of standard event designs and visuals to showcase our capabilities and drive sales.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve event delivery processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
