Job Title: Mid-Market Sales Manager

Verkada is a leading cloud-based B2B physical security platform company, offering a comprehensive suite of products and services to organizations worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to join our team in the Benelux market. This role will be based in our London office and will involve leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resources.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a world-class sales team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales management position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle, with experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
