Key Responsibilities

The Workplace Culture Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure legal compliance and a positive work environment. This will include revising existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant to the current business needs.

You will also be responsible for delivering training programs to employees on topics such as conflict resolution, dignity in the workplace and HR processes. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to address complex employee issues and promote positive workplace dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also be able to analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive strategies to address them.
