About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring that we continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our leadership team to develop and implement our people strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and values.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our talent management program, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to design and deliver training programs, employee communications, and other HR-related initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure that we are building a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a people operations or HR role, with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
