About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Receptionist to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Process payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements
