Clinical Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Engage effectively with all processes required to support the provision of clinical care, including administrative tasks and communication with patients and colleagues.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Equality and Diversity regulations, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Support the provision of primary care dentistry on our undergraduate student clinics, working collaboratively with dental practitioners and students to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.
- Dental Nurse registration with the General Dental Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy, including competence with Microsoft Office and R4.
- Full training will be provided for the role.
