Job Description:

  • Supporting pupils with behaviour management challenges
  • Teaching healthy coping mechanisms to students
  • Developing and tracking education plans
  • Enhancing communication skills to resolve conflicts and regulate emotions
  • Encouraging students to develop independence and engagement in learning

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (not essential)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated and patient individual

Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
