Behavioural Support Role

A graduate or aspiring SEN teacher, educational psychologist, support worker or occupational therapist is required for a behaviour support assistant role in a mainstream primary school located in Swindon, Wiltshire.

This position involves working closely with trained professionals to implement specific strategies and provide emotional support to young learners who display challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will have excellent behavioural management skills and a passion to understand the triggering factors of such behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and promoting positive habits among students

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,500 per annum, equivalent to £85 - £105 per day.
