Academics Ltd is seeking an exceptional Behavioural Support Specialist to join their team in Swindon. This role offers a rewarding and exciting opportunity to work with children who exhibit challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will have excellent behavioural management skills, a deep understanding of the factors that cause challenging behaviour, and be able to adapt their approach to meet the specific needs of each child.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
