The Job Description

This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role involves working with students aged 11-16 who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and behaviour challenges. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, helping students stay focused and on task in the classroom and assisting in managing their behaviour. They will also work closely with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans, ensuring a seamless transition between lessons.
