The Role

This permanent full-time position involves working closely with students who require behaviour intervention. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one support, collaborate with colleagues to develop education plans, and track student progress. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in helping our students succeed.

Requirements

  • A degree in Education or Psychology is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient and empathetic nature is essential for working effectively with students who require extra support.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • A permanent full-time position with Monday to Friday hours (8am-4pm).
