  • Salary: £80-95 per day
  • Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30
  • Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
About the Position

As a Behavioural Development Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide support to students with Special Education Needs and Behavioural Needs. You will supervise and support children in small class groups, developing essential skills in teamwork and communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, including on-site therapists, psychologists, and behavioural experts. This could be an ideal stepping stone to a fulfilling career in the field.

Essential Requirements

To succeed as a Behavioural Development Assistant, you should possess relevant education or experience with Special Education Needs and an interest in pursuing a career in Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology.
