Supporting Students at Academics
We understand that every child learns differently and may require additional support to reach their full potential. As a Student Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome behaviour management challenges and achieve academic success.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with students who require behaviour intervention. You will provide one-on-one support, help develop education plans, and track student progress. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students requiring behaviour intervention.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement education plans.
- Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Education or Psychology (desirable).
- Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic nature.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- A permanent full-time position with Monday to Friday hours (8am-4pm).
