Key Responsibilities

As a Student Progress Advisor at New College Swindon Careers, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pastoral support and mentoring to our students. This includes:

  • Supporting learners' induction, performance, progress, and progression
  • Acting as a Progress Coach to a designated number of learners
  • Working closely with curriculum managers and teaching staff to identify and overcome barriers to achievement

With a strong focus on student success, we offer a competitive salary of £22,176-£23,380 per annum, paid 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only). Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our students
