Student Success Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated Student Success Coach to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure that every student reaches their full potential.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

This involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students' learning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and have a passion for education.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students who require additional help with their studies
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans for students
  • Help students set and work towards achievable goals, and provide regular feedback and encouragement
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a field such as education or child development
  • Experience of working with children in a formal educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and motivational approach to working with students
