Housekeeper Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team at Chartwells, delivering exceptional cleaning services for 25 hours per week. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

About the Role
  • Clean and maintain various areas within the building, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
  • Ensure surface areas, floors, windows, and touchpoints are sanitized regularly.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages efficiently.
  • Empty and dispose of bin waste responsibly.
  • Maintain clean, presentable, and safe environments for visitors by following policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working and adapting to changing situations.
Compensation and Benefits
