About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Technician to join our team at Principal Medical Ltd. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and delivering technical support via phone, email, and deskside.

Main Tasks
  • Provide first-line IT support, including troubleshooting various problems from software applications to hardware malfunctions.
  • Deliver technical support via phone, email, and deskside to staff across Principal Medical Ltd, covering systems such as Office 365 and Windows 10/11.
  • Log detailed incidents and service requests in the service desk tool.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a service desk team and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
