Infrastructure Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Principal Medical Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to staff across Principal Medical Ltd
• Troubleshoot various problems from software applications to hardware malfunctions
• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and deskside to staff
• Log detailed incidents and service requests in the service desk tool
• Assign and escalate incidents to internal or external teams as needed
Requirements:
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C or above)
• ITIL qualification or training
• Experience in a service desk team and issuing equipment and training users
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary:
Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
